What You'd Be Doing.
• Your primary responsibility will be to launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Linked In, Bing, etc. for our clients. You’ll be responsible for client retention and overall campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the team and manage tasks in Basecamp Project Management tool to provide insights on campaign performance and strategy. We have our entire launch process templated to make training a breeze!
AdWords Certified
Must be currently or previously AdWords Fundamentals Certified. Additional Specialist Certifications A Plus.
4+ Years PPC Experience
Must have 4+ years in managing Google AND Facebook Ad Accounts from start to finish. A big part of this role is the implementation and launch of new accounts. This role requires much more than "Account Optimization". You should have knowledge of landing page Conversion Rate Optimization and be able to instruct designers on A/B tests or do it yourself.
Meticulous Attention To Detail
Must have a passion for organization and attention to detail. If people describe you as a perfectionist, thorough, or detail-oriented, you’re exactly who we are looking for!
Self-Management
Must have excellent analytical, project management and time management skills. A proven track record of work-from-home or self-management experience in a deadline driven atmosphere is required.

Work Life Snapshot

When you join our team, you’re joining our family. So when you apply, prepare for a courtship. The process can sometimes seem a little cumbersome and even lengthy because that’s how much we care about ourselves and you, as a potential fit. But if you do get the job, we’ll do our best to make sure it’s one you’ll never want to leave.
Step 1: Questionnaire
Instead of asking for the same ol' boring resume and cover letter everyone else does, we are mixing things up a bit for you! To apply, simply fill out our questionnaire so we can get to know you, your work experience and your goals. We realize this takes extra effort and we respect and value your time, that's why will never leave you hanging without a response.
Step 2: Video Interview
After we review your questionnaire, if we feel it's a good fit, we will schedule a video GoogleMeet Interview. We strongly believe in face-to-face interaction to get to know each other throughout the process. During this interview be prepared to talk about your PPC success stories and let us know where you shine and where you want to grow professionally.
Step 3: Paid Mini Project
We will give you a Facebook and Google Campaign to build out. This is your opportunity to shine and show us what you've got! The project should take no more than 2-4 hours to complete & we will pay you for your time. We will hop on a second Video call to review your finished project.
Step 4: Onboarding
From there, if you like us and we like you, we'll seal the deal with an independent contractor agreement and start date! For the right person, this will be a breeze.
